“Abby” Needs a Forever Home!

Abby is a beautiful 1 1/2 year old female American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer mix.  She weighs 80 pounds.  Abby was found as a stray and has been at the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter since February 16, 2014.

Abby is a very friendly and affectionate dog.  She walks well on-leash and has sone fine on neighborhood walks.  She responds very well to direction and is attentive to her handler.  She has been introduced to several other dogs in the yard and has done fine.

Abby is a young, energetic, beautiful dog whose life in a a cage is not to her liking.  She needs a home, a forever home.  She is young and will learn, but she would do best with an experienced handler who will work with her and teach her basic manners.  The result will be an outstanding dog who will be a great companion.
