“Astro” Is Our Star!
ID# A1459460
Astro is a cutie! He is fun and laughter, silliness and giggles! Astro is a 1 year old, neutered male, American Staffordshire Terrier who was found as a stray on March 2, 2014 and brought to the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter. He weighs 44 pounds.
Astro is a very sweet, still puppyish dog who loves people and his toys. Any kind of toy will do but balls are best. He will find his favorite ball and carry it everywhere with him. Astro walks pretty well on-leash. He needs some direction and training in basic obedience but he is eager to learn and to please his person.
Astro is comfortable in the crate and is easy to take in and out of his kennel. He has been introduced to and has played with both male and female dogs and has done very well. See Astro in action!
Except for needing a little basic training and leash work, Astro is the perfect dog and will make some lucky person a great companion for many years to come. Please help Astro find his forever home! When contacting the shelter for more information about Astro, be sure to use his ID# A1459460 as a reference. Photo/video credit: Debbie Fan, Twitter @blackjackbarks
