“Dolly”, “Dolly”

Dolly is a very special dog and so beautiful!  She is a 1 year, 8 month old, female American Staffordshire Bull Terrier.  She weighs 75 pounds.  She was found as a stray on April 6, 2014 and brought to the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter.

Dolly is a favorite among the volunteers who, without exception, describe her as a great dog.  Dolly walks well on-leash and has been on neighborhood walks.  She corrects very easily and actually looks to her person for direction.

Dolly loves treats and knows some basic commands like Sit.  She loves human attention, especially belly rubs.  She is very affectionate and friendly.  In her cage, she gets excited.  Once she has had a chance to run around in the yard for a few minutes, she calms down very nicely.
