Raider is Special!
ID# A1448953
Raider is a very special dog. He was part of a family until family illness forced them to surrender him. Raider is a 2 year old, neutered American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix. He weighs 57 pounds. Raider had been at the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter since April 5, 2014. He was described by his previous owner as friendly towards other people and other dogs. He reportedly barks very rarely, loves to be petted and is a very pleasant dog. He enjoys playing fetch and catch and rides will in a car.
At the shelter Raider is described as a very good dog. He is strong but corrects very easily. He pulls a little on-leash but has done extremely well on neighborhood walks. He knows some basic commands like Sit and is also comfortable going into a crate. Volunteers who have spent time with Raider describe him as an amazing dog, a very seer dog and a dog who is eager to please. See Raider in action!
Raider had a home once and he is ready for a home again. He is a good dog and one that any family would enjoy sharing their home with. Please help Raider find his forever home. Don’t let the shelter be his last home. When contacting the shelter for more information about Raider, be sure to use his ID# A1448953 as a reference.
